About Workflows

Workflows are how you send and reply to emails.

Two types of Workflows

1. Send Workflows: the Send Workflow is used to proactively SEND emails to a contact list or Audience

2. Reply Workflows: the Reply Workflow is used to reactively REPLY to emails sent to an inbox

The Workflows page will show you the status of your Workflows:

• Running: the Workflow is active

• Draft: the Workflow is in draft mode and when for you to finish it

• Archived: you have archived the Workflow. All emails will stop for this Workflow
