Team Settings

Team Settings are utilized by your Agent to better understand the nature of your business. This information is utilized when replying to contacts.

  • Team Name: this should be the name of your business

  • Company Website URL

  • Company Description: add a description of your business

  • Main Representative: this is commonly used by content creators who have a personal brand. This teaches your Agent who is the face of the business.

  • Representative Bio: add the full bio for the face of your business

  • Escalation Contact Email: the Escalation Contact Email, otherwise know as the Support Email, is the email that your Agent utilizes if they cannot handle an email thread themselves. A common example is when a contact asks for a refund -- as the Agent cannot process the refuned, your Agent will escalate by CC'ing this support email in the email thread.

  • Escalation Contact Name: if your Support Team Member has a name, you can add it here. If you have a generic support inbox or if there are many support reps, you can leave this blank.
