Agent page
The Agent page is where you can fully customize your Agent.
Inbox: Your Agent has a dedicated inbox (email) to send emails from. You can have additional Inboxes, which the Agent can monitor, but the Agent will always reply from their dedicated inbox.
Reply Delay: The reply delay is how long before your Agent replies to a contact that sent them a message. Our default setting is 30 minutes, as it's long enough to make it feel human, but not long enough for your contact to feel ignored.
Additional instructions: This is your Agent level instructions, not to be confused with your Workflow level instructions. The Agent level instructions are generally broad instructions about your business that your Agent needs to know. For example:
