What is an Audience?

When you start a Send Workflow (send emails to contacts), you generally do not want to send to your entire contact list. It is best practice to only send to the most relevant slice or Audience of your list.


That is the purpose of Audiences: to create slices or categories of contacts withint your list.


How to create an Audience?

  • Click on the Audiences button

  • Name your Audience

  • Add a Filter:

    • Activity Filters:

      • Received an email from

      • Opened an email from

      • Clicked a link in an email from

      • Replied to an email from

      • Converted from

    • Column Filters:

      • If your .csv has columns other than the email column, then it will show up here. You can filter through those columns.
