Train your AI Agent

In Constant Closer, you have one SUPER Agent. This Super Agent will be your employee that handles all of your emails.


Note: In addition to an Agent, you can add as many email inboxes as you'd like. Agents can utilize inboxes to send and receive emails.


Onboarding

When onboarding, you will be asked to create your AI Agent.

  • Full name: add the full name of your Agent. 

  • Pronouns: important so that he/she pronouns are used correctly.

  • Training Data: the easiest way to teach your Agent about your business is to copy and paste your information in the open text box. 

  • Optional guidance (only available in onboarding):

    • Signature: the email signature for your Agent

    • Things to Avoid: is there anything specific that your Agent should avoid communicating? For example, "Never schedule a meeting for me."

    • When to Escalate: when should your Agent escalate to your support team? For example, "If the contact wants a refund".
