What is email warming?

Email warming is all about boosting the reputation of an email inbox.

New emails have no reputation: if you created a new email for your Agent (or just have a new email inbox in general), then it has no reputation. When an email inbox has no reputation, email clients may flag emails as spam if they notice a large volume of emails from this new email account.

No reputation can lead to the spam folder: if you're sending a large volume of emails from an email with no reputation (or poor reputation), then those emails may land in the spam folder.

How email warming fixes this issue: our email warming utilizes our network of over 30,000 emails to email each other, open those emails, and get them out of the spam folder (should they land in the spam folder). This is a very easy, and systemetized way to warm up a new email inbox.

Make sure to auto archive emails from email warming using your unique code: each inbox you add to Constant Closer will be added to our email warming. To automatically archive emails from our email warming, utilize the "Warm up code" found in the Inboxes page.
