Activity Feed

The Activity Feed is the place to see all of your recent activity on Constant Closer. The Activity Feed will serve up to the last 90 days of data.

Note: Message can be emails or text messages (text messages are in a closed Beta right now).

• Sent: Messages that your Agent has sent.

• Opened: Emails that contacts have opened.

• Clicked: Links that contacts have clicked.

• Replied: 

  • Lead Replied: A contact that has replied.

  • Agent Replied: The Agent replying back to a contact

• Conversion: If you have set up conversion tracking, then the Activity Feed will keep track of those conversions.

• Support: When your Agent escalates to your support email.

• Unsubscribe: When a contact unsubcribes from your messages.
