Launched: new contact and Workflow actions

We are excited to announce the launch of two new useful features to help you manage your Workflows and contact list.

Workflow actions

Duplicate or Archive Workflows

It is now easy to duplicate or archive any set of Workflows. To do this, go to the Workflows page and select which Workflows you'd like to take an action on:

Why duplicate Workflows?

If you send a monthly email, driving to a consistent conversion, then duplicating the previous month's Workflow (as opposed to creating a brand new Workflow), can save you time.

Why archive Workflows?

Aside from keeping your Workflow page clean and organized, archiving a Workflow turns off all initial and follow up emails, and replies as well. This is especially useful when you have an Always Running Workflow that you no longer want to send emails.

Contact list actions

Add a single contact

You can now manually add a single contact to your contact list by clicking on the add a single contact link.

Search contacts

You can now search your contacts by email easily utilizing the search back.

Delete contacts

If you wish to delete specific contacts from you list, select the contacts and then click on the action, delete.
