Inboxes page

The Inboxes page holds all of the inboxes that your Agent has access to.

The Agent inbox: The Agent inbox is the dedicated inbox that your Agent uses to send replies.

Other inboxes: You can add as many additional inboxes as you'd like. The benefits of adding additional inboxes are:

  1. All of these inboxes will be part of email warming

  2. Your Agent can utilize any inbox for Send Workflows or Reply Workflows

Statuses

  • Inbox status

    • Connected: it is connected as expected

    • Disconnected: it is disconnected and you will likely need to update the App Password

  • DNS status (only for Pro and Elite plans):

    • Verified: you have successfully added the DNS records from Sendgrid in order to send a high volume of emails.

    • Unverified: the required DNS records are not present on your domain and need to be added before we can continue sending emails.

  • Warming status

    • Warming up: your email is part of our email warming tool and sending and receiving email in our network.

    • Warming off: your email is not sending or receiving warming emails.

Warm up code: when Warming is on, your inbox will send an receive emails from our network of emails. Understandably, if you actively use an inbox, this can get annoying. The solution is to auto archive these emails by utilizing the provided Warm up code (a code that helps you identify our warming emails) and utilizing a Gmail filter to auto archive them: Create rules to filter your emails
